St. Joe's Women's Centre celebrated their annual Quality of Life Award November 4th!
This years recipients were Rosemarie Leclair, Michael Allen and Louise Logue.
All three of this years recipients are outstanding members of the community!
Marsha, the director of St. Joe's and the staff and volunteers, put on another successful event!
